Judges/Cosplay Guests
Laughing Rat is that one Ratatouille cosplayer who shows up at almost every Wisconsin con.

As a cosplay competitor, she's known for her tailoring skills and attention to detail.
She loves to incorporate historical sewing techniques and fashion styles into her cosplay, and often has as much fun researching her projects as she does
making them.

Out of costume she's usually reading, knitting, or trying unsuccessfully to
keep her ten pet rats from chewing
things they shouldn't.

LollipopChan
LollipopChan has been a part of the cosplay community since 2010, letting her inner weeaboo dominate through her creations. Not only does she have some competition awards under her belt, she has also been a judge at numerous midwestern cons the last couple years. Although she can sew, she much prefers making crazy armor and props. Through the years, she has slowly dulled the feeling in her fingers with hot glue, heat guns, and Worbla. LollipopChan loves to see other creators doing what they love and encourages everyone to do their best. She is most commonly found hiding in her home, covered in glitter and foam dust.

Mahou Maddie
Mahou Maddie started cosplaying in 2013 and hasn't stopped since! While competing formally in convention masquerades isn't necessarily her thing (besides a brief stint in 2014-2015), she loves the craftsmanship aspect of cosplay, as well as being a doof in costume and having fun with friends.
Her favorite costumes to make are spandex bodysuits and heavily embellished, flowy costumes - bring on the lace, rhinestones, and trim! She loves to talk shop and looks forward to seeing friends old and new at Chizu Con 2021.
You can find her online @mahoumaddie on instagram and twitter, and Mahou Maddie Cosplay on facebook.
