Game Host Rules & Guidelines

Failure to follow the guidelines stated on this page may result in removal from future applications.​​​​
 

• You may host more than one game, but each game needs to have a separate application completed.
   

• Badges must be purchased before your game.  They will be reimbursed at Registration after your hosting is complete, limit 1 badge per game. ​
   

• Game Hosts must be 18+ years old or have an 18+ years old parent or guardian present during their event. Games should generally align with Chizu's family friendly atmosphere, but we do allow 16+ events. Please consider selecting a timeframe later in the day when applying with more adult-oriented games. 
   

• Proxy/Agented, "sublets" or swaps of Game hosting must be approved by Chizu Con by August 22nd. If you cannot attend after that deadline we require that you provide a replacement host. No Shows will not be considered for future events.
   

• All games presented must match the descriptions provided in the approved applications.

• Applications submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
